Failed to pay consignors within the required 10 days.
Action: Fined $12,000.
Gig Harbor — Armstrong Auto Wholesales
Finding: Failed to maintain place of business.
Action: Renewal denied and fined $500.
Kent — Reliable Imports International
Finding: No established place of business.
Action: License suspended.
Longview — Steven A. Alfonso
Finding: Unlicensed dealer activity.
Action: Ordered to cease and desist, and fined $9,000.
Lynnwood — First Choice Auto Sales
Finding: Failed to pay fine.
Action: Fined $1,000 and dealer license suspended until monetary penalties are paid.
Lynnwood — Lang Autosports Inc.
Finding: Added salvage/rebuilt disclosure to purchase contract weeks after sale, and failed to disclose vehicle was a rebuilt total loss on face of purchase order.
Action: Fined $1,000.
