2008 unlicensed vehicle dealers and wreckers
In 2008, a joint effort between the Department of Licensing, the Washington State Patrol, and the Seattle Police Department, resulted in orders being issued to the following individuals and businesses to cease and desist unlicensed dealer and/or wrecker activity:
