Bremerton — Rawan Kumar Maju, R.K. Services Inc. d/b/a R. K. Taxi

• Finding: Fraudulently represented to the Department and the public that his vehicles were properly insured.
• Action: For Hire Permit and vehicle certificates revoked and fined $15,000.

January 2006

Olga — Terrence John Mullan dba Scenic Shuttle

• Finding: Engaged in unlicensed For Hire activities without proof of a required security bond or liability insurance.
• Action: Ordered to permanently cease and desist all For Hire Operator activities in Washington, and fined $500.

December 2005

Wenatchee — Stephen J. Klos, Harold E. Arman, Mary Bea Armann, and Patrick A. Armann dba A Cab n’ Courier

• Finding: Operated without a For Hire permit or For Hire vehicle certificates.
• Action:
  • Ordered to cease and desist all activities.
  • Must obtain For Hire permit/permits to lawfully operate as a For Hire in Washington.
  • Fined $1,000.
