  • Finding: Misrepresentation, negligence and malpractice that causes harm and damage, insurance violation, conviction of a disqualifying crime, and failure to cooperate with the director in an investigation.
  • Action: License revoked for 10 years.

  • Action: Permanent Cease and Desist.

February 2009

Redmond — Nancy Pacey, Pacey Investigations

  • Finding: Unprofessional Conduct.
  • Action: License revoked for three years and fined $2,000.

  • Action: Private investigator license suspended for 24 months, with suspension stayed (not imposed) for 24 months if he pays a $2,500 fine within 24 months.

  • Finding: Conducted business as an unlicensed private investigator.
  • Action: Ordered to permanently cease and desist from acting as a private investigator until licensed to do so, and to pay a $500 fine before applying for a license.
