I'm a strong believer in delivering the best possible service to the citizens of Washington. As director of this agency, I continue to challenge Licensing employees to find new and more efficient ways of doing business. This website is a result of their efforts to provide 24-hour self-service to our customers. I believe it furthers our goal of making it easier and more convenient to conduct business with the Department of Licensing.
