Vehicle dealers' licenses revoked

OLYMPIA—The Department of Licensing (DOL) has the assessed the following to vehicle dealers:

Lakewood

Malcolm Bock Graham dba MG Motor Used Cars. Finding: Aided and assisted unlicensed dealer in unlawful acts. Action: Respondent agrees to license revocation and DOL will refund $316 for license renewal and plate renewal fees.

Tacoma

Sky Ranch Trailer Sales, Inc. and owners, Howard Eugene Wellman II and Kristi Kraus Wellman. Finding: Failed to transfer vehicle titles within 45-day timeframe allowed by law. Action: Vehicle dealer license revoked and fined $9,000. Additionally, respondents can't reapply for at least one year.

DOL has the statutory authority to license and regulate vehicle dealers in Washington. To be a licensed vehicle dealer, businesses must comply with RCW chapter 46.70 and WAC section 308-66. Additional information can be found on our website at www.dol.wa.gov.
