Hulk hauler license suspended

OLYMPIA—The Department of Licensing has taken the following action:

Kelly Boss dba J & K Hauling and Transport. Finding: Failed to have work truck inspected by Washington State Patrol and identified on hulk hauler license. Additionally, the vehicle does not display the licensee's name, mailing address, and current business telephone number as required. Action: License suspended for a period of five days.

DOL has the statutory authority to license and regulate hulk haulers in Washington. To be a licensed hulk hauler, businesses must comply with RCW chapter 46.79. Additional information can be found on our web site at www.dol.wa.gov.
