OLYMPIA — The Department of Licensing (DOL) reached a customer service milestone last Friday, with the ten millionth transaction through the department’s website at www.dol.wa.gov.
“This truly shows that our customers embrace the Internet as a way to save time, money and energy,” said DOL Director Liz Luce. “Using the Internet helps eliminate unnecessary trips to a Licensing office, and you can take care of business anytime from the comfort and convenience of your home or office. Ten million transactions are just the beginning, and we look forward to serving millions of Washingtonians in innovative ways for years to come.”
DOL has offered online services since 2001, and is continually working to be innovative and improve services. MasterCard, Visa, or American Express credit or debit card payments are accepted for most online transactions.
