New Chelan Driver Licensing Office opening postponed until Thursday, July 23

CHELAN — Chelan County residents are advised the Department of Licensing has postponed the opening of a new driver licensing office in Chelan. It is now opening on Thursday, July 23, 2009.

The one week delay has been caused by technical issues. A new date for the grand opening and ribbon cutting has yet to be determined.

The new office is located at 143 E. Johnson Avenue, and office hours are Thursdays from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The phone number is (509) 682-5511.
