Renewal notices
Renewal notices are mailed approximately 3 months before your license or certificate expires.
If you didn’t receive a renewal notice or have moved, please contact our office. Appraisers are required by law to notify us within 10 days of an address change.
How long it will take to get your new license
You should get your license in 3–4 weeks, depending on mail time. To avoid being removed from lenders’ lists or experiencing other inconveniences, we recommend you renew early. You may renew up to 120 days before the expiration date.
