Real estate appraiser by reciprocity
If you are currently licensed or certified in a state with which Washington has a reciprocal agreement and are in good standing with that state’s regulatory board, you may get a reciprocal license or certificate to practice real estate appraising in the state of Washington.
How to apply
- Complete a
Real Estate Appraiser Reciprocal License/Certification Application.
- Enclose the $452 fee as a check or money order payable to “Washington State Treasurer.” Fees are non-refundable.
- Mail the completed, notarized application and fee to:
