Professional athletics inspector
Requirements
You must be at least 18 years of age to be licensed as an inspector.
How to apply for a license
Send us all of the following:
- A completed Professional Athletics License Application
- Training Certification, see RCW 67.08.100(3)
- A photo of yourself
- A check or money order for the fee (payable to the Department of Licensing)
