You must have a promoter’s license to hold boxing, wrestling, martial arts, or closed-circuit telecast events.

Requirements

• If an event date is available.
• The amount of the surety bond required.
• The amount of medical insurance required.

How to apply for a license

Send us all of the following:

• A completed Promoter License Application
• A check or money order for the fee (payable to the Department of Licensing)
• A Professional Boxing, Martial Arts, and Wrestling Surety Bond in the amount required.
• A certificate of medical insurance in the amount required.
