Bail bond recovery agent examination information

All bail bond recovery agent applicants must take and pass an examination demonstrating their knowledge and proficiency in all of the training requirements. 

• The examination is a 50-question, multiple-choice test. 
• Applicants must correctly answer 35 questions to pass the exam.
• Exams are scheduled after receiving the bail bond recovery agent license or endorsement application.
• Exams may be taken at various Department of Licensing, Licensing Services Offices throughout the state
