Exams: Bail bond recovery agent

The Washington State Legislature has not yet approved state operating and capital budgets for the 2017–19 biennium, which begins July 1. If the Legislature does not approve budgets by June 30, several state agencies will go through full or partial operations shutdowns. To find out what services will be effected, see Possible suspension of services starting July 1.

All bail bond recovery agent applicants must pass an exam demonstrating their knowledge and proficiency in all of the training requirements.

  • The exam is a 50-question, multiple-choice test.
  • You must get 85% of the answers correct to pass.
  • We’ll schedule your exam after receiving your application for a bail bond recovery agent license or endorsement.
