Bail bond recovery agent examination information

All bail bond recovery agent applicants must pass an examination demonstrating their knowledge and proficiency in all of the training requirements.

• The examination is a 50-question, multiple-choice test.
• You must get 85% of the answers correct to pass the exam.
• We will schedule your examination after receiving your application for a bail bond recovery agent license or endorsement.
• The examination will be given at one of our licensing services offices throughout the state.
