Camping resort company

To register as a camping resort company:

  1. Complete the Camping Resort Company Registration Application.
  2. Attach copies of all information referenced and required in WAC 308-420-060.
  3. Draft a copy of the public offering statement (See sample).
  4. If there are leases, liens, or encumbrances on the resort property, complete the Camping Resort Non-Disturbance Agreement.
  5. Send all your application materials with a check or money order for the fee (payable to the Department of Licensing) to:
