How to renew your license: Salon/shop, personal service, or mobile unit

  • Renew online if you received a password with your renewal notice.
  • Renew by mail by sending us the following:
    • A completed Adobe PDF iconapplication.
    • Certification on the application that you carry public liability insurance of not less than $100,000 that includes bodily injury and property damage.
    • The fee.

What happens if my renewal is late?

You will be charged a late renewal fee.

What if my license is expired?

If your license has been expired for more than 1 year, your license has been canceled and you must re-apply by filling out the Adobe PDF iconapplication.
