September 2012

Anne Van Dyne

  • Finding: Unprofessional conduct for practicing architecture while her license was in delinquent status.
  • Action: Voluntary surrender of all credentials and agreement to no longer practice architecture in Washington or any other jurisdiction.

June 2012

Hee Chang Kwon

  • Finding: Unlicensed practice.
  • Action: Ordered to permanently cease and desist, and fined $1,000.

Tuan Ngo/Tango Architect Inc.

  • Finding: Unlicensed practice.
  • Action: Ordered to permanently cease and desist, and fined $5,000.

Michael Tranfo

  • Finding: Unprofessional conduct.
  • Action: Reprimanded and fined $5,000.
