  • Finding: Unlicensed practice.
  • Action: Ordered to permanently cease and desist, and fined $2,000.

Patrick Brennan Architecture, P.S. (Patrick Brennan)

  • Finding: Unlicensed practice (practicing on a delinquent license).
  • Action: Ordered to permanently cease and desist, and fined $4,000.

September 2011

Richard Anderson, Jr — Edmonds

  • Finding: Unlicensed practice (practicing on a delinquent license).
  • Action: Reprimanded and fined $3,000.

John Morefield/Architecture 5 Cents — Seattle

  • Finding: Unlicensed practice.
  • Actions:
    • Ordered to immediately cease and desist.
    • Ordered to dissolve website and social media related to Architecture 5 Cents within 60 days.
    • Ordered to dissolve Architecture 5 Cents corporation.
    • Not allowed to use Architecture 5 Cent kiosk for promoting architectural practice to anyone not licensed in Washington State.

Andrea Wickham — Seattle

  • Finding: Unlicensed practice.
  • Action: Ordered to permanently cease and desist, and fined $500.
