Paul Wong — Mukilteo, WA

  • Findings: The respondent wasn't licensed as an architect and used a licensee's stamp and signature on at least 8 occasions without the licensee's knowledge or permission.
  • Actions:
    • Permanently cease and desist from using any stamp or signature of licensed architects and from practicing as an architect.
    • Can't apply for licensure for 30 years.
    • Fined $9,000.

August 2016

Brian D. Oliver — Tucson, AZ

  • Findings: Failure to provide proof of Professional Development Hours.
  • Actions:
    • License suspended until in compliance.
    • Submit PDH for 2012-2014 renewal period within 30 days.
