  • Finding: Advertised the title “landscape architect” without being duly registered, and engaged in unlicensed practice.
  • Action:
    • Ordered to cease from practicing or offering to practice landscape architecture, including using the title landscape architect in connection with his name or implying he is licensed, until he is licensed.
    • Ordered to remove the term “landscape architect” from all advertising, including online social media, regarding Drew Meyer or DM Landscaping LLC within 30 days.
    • Fined $2,000, with $1,500 stayed (not imposed) if he complies with all sanctions.
