How can I address the board at a meeting?
If you wish to address the board, please notify us in writing at least 3 weeks before the meeting you plan to attend so we can include your presentation on the agenda.
Committee and board meetings
Board meetings usually begin with a closed session at 8 a.m. The open session begins 45–55 minutes later. Please check the agenda for starting times of committee meetings and the board meeting.
