Sections A, B, and D of the Landscape Architect Registration Examination (LARE) are administered by the Council of Landscape Architectural Registration Boards (CLARB), using a computer-based test administration system. Please contact CLARB for instructions for taking these sections.
Section C and E of the LARE are administered by the Department of Licensing (DOL). The LARE is schedules twice a year, in June and December.

This law review will be required of all new licensees in the state of Washington, including reciprocity applicants, and strengthens the connection between the licensing of professional landscape architects and current state and federal laws established for the protection of the environment and for the benefit of the citizens of our state.
