How to renew your license: On-site wastewater treatment

  • Renew online with the password on your renewal notice and a Visa or MasterCard.
  • Renew by mail your renewal with the appropriate fee to:

    Olympia, WA 98507-9048

We will send you a renewal notice about 45 days before your license expires.

Late fees

Additional late fees may apply if you do not renew your license before the expiration date.
