Pesticide dealer
Requirements
A Pesticide Dealer License is required to sell all pesticides. Each location must have a licensed Pesticide Dealer Manager to supervise pesticide distribution. You may not begin this business activity until you receive a Registrations and Licenses document listing the required license.
Exceptions
A Pesticide Dealer License isn’t required if the pesticide is labeled for home and garden use only.
How to apply
Online
- Complete a Master Business Application online and pay with a MasterCard, Visa, or American Express credit or debit card (gift cards cannot be used).
- Filing online isn’t recommended for some businesses. See the list of businesses that shouldn’t file a Master Business Application online for details.
By mail
- Complete all of the following forms:
- Mail your completed application and addendum with a check or money order payable to “Washington State Treasurer” for the fees to:
