Curriculum: Real estate educators

Each curriculum is approved by the Real Estate Commission to satisfy education requirements in RCW 18.85.090, RCW 18.85.095, and WAC 308-124A-600.

Salespeople

Real Estate Fundamentals

This course meets the requirement under RCW 18.85.095 to take the salesperson’s examination.

Real Estate Practices

This course meets the state requirement under RCW 18.85.095(2)(a) for first renewal. This course must be taken after issuance of first license and before the first active license renewal for any salesperson licensed on or after July 1, 1995.

Commercial Sales Practices Curriculum

This course meets the state requirement under RCW 18.85.095 (2)(a) for first renewal. This course must be taken after issuance of the first license and before the first active license renewal for any salesperson licensed on or after July 1, 1995.

Brokers

Real Estate Brokerage Management Curriculum and Learning Objectives

This course meets the state requirement under RCW 18.85.090 to take the broker’s examination.

Business Management Curriculum and Learning Objectives

This course meets the state requirement under RCW 18.85.090 to take the broker’s examination.

Real Estate Law

This course meets the state requirement under RCW 18.85.090 to take the broker’s examination.

Core curriculum

Core Curriculum: Current Issues in Washington Residential Real Estate — Effective January 1, 2008 – December 31, 2009

This course meets the state requirement under WAC 308-124A-600 for renewal. You must complete a course designated as including the prescribed core curriculum within 24 months of your renewal date.
