Each curriculum is approved by the Real Estate Commission to satisfy education requirements in RCW 18.85.090, RCW 18.85.095, and WAC 308-124A-600.
Salespeople
Real Estate FundamentalsThis course meets the requirement under RCW 18.85.095 to take the salesperson’s examination.
Real Estate PracticesThis course meets the state requirement under RCW 18.85.095(2)(a) for first renewal. This course must be taken after issuance of first license and before the first active license renewal for any salesperson licensed on or after July 1, 1995.
Commercial Sales Practices CurriculumThis course meets the state requirement under RCW 18.85.095 (2)(a) for first renewal. This course must be taken after issuance of the first license and before the first active license renewal for any salesperson licensed on or after July 1, 1995.

Core curriculum
Core Curriculum: Current Issues in Washington Residential Real Estate — Effective January 1, 2008 – December 31, 2009This course meets the state requirement under WAC 308-124A-600 for renewal. You must complete a course designated as including the prescribed core curriculum within 24 months of your renewal date.
