Rulemaking activity: Tattoos, body piercing, and body art
Over the next year, we will develop rules for tattoos, body piercing, and body art. We will work closely with individuals who practice body art, body piercing, and tattooing to ensure the rules create a safe and sanitary environment for consumers.
Body Art, Body Piercing and Tattoo Advisory Committee
The committee will be assisting with the development of the Washington Administrative Codes (WAC’s) that will clarify the new Revised Code of Washington (RCW) that was adopted in legislature this year. Meeting details and minutes are listed below.
