Add vehicles to an existing account: Taxis

To add a vehicle to an existing account, submit the following:

• Proof of insurance for each additional vehicle.
• A photocopy of the vehicle registration for each vehicle added.
• A check or money order for the For Hire Certificate fee of $55 for each added vehicle (payable to the Department of Revenue).
