How to get your registration: Sellers of travel

No person, firm, or corporation may act or hold itself out as a seller of travel unless, prior to engaging in the business of selling or advertising to sell travel services or travel-related benefits, the person, firm, or corporation registers with the director.

To register, submit all of the following:

• A completed Master Business Application
• A completed Sellers of Travel Registration Addendum (additional requirements and documents to be sent are listed on this form)
• A Seller of Travel or Out-of-State Seller of Travel Surety bond (only if you choose to submit in lieu of trust account)
• The fee
