How to get your registration: Sellers of travel

You must register with the Business Licensing Service before engaging in selling, or advertising to sell, travel services or travel-related benefits.

To register, submit all of the following:

• A completed Business License Application
• A completed Sellers of Travel Registration Addendum (additional requirements and documents to be sent are listed on this form)
• A Seller of Travel/Out-of-State Seller of Travel Surety bond (only if you choose to have a bond instead of a trust account)
• A check or money order for the fee (payable to the Department of Revenue).
