Coming this summer, vehicle dealers will have the option to use our new Internet-based system to create permits. Fifty dealers will be selected to pilot the online system. Other dealers will be brought on board in groups each month until all dealerships are using the new system by July 1, 2011, as required by RCW 46.16.045 (5).
