How to request a copy of your driving record
You may request a copy of your own driving record 3 ways:
- Online. Simply request a driving record online and pay with a MasterCard, Visa, or American Express credit or debit card (gift card cannot be used).
- By mail. Complete a
Driving Record Request and mail it with the fee to:

Olympia, WA 98507-9048 - In person. Bring your photo ID, and cash, check, or money order for the fee to any driver licensing office.
Fees
All driving records are $10 each, and the fee is non-refundable. You may pay the fee:
- by credit or debit card if you request a driving record online.
- by check or money order if you mail in your request.
- by cash, check, or money order if you request a copy of your own record in person.
