Home Inspection Pre-Licensing Courses Offered Online

Home Inspectors can now attend Fundamentals of Home Inspection pre-licensing courses by webinar. You must attend the virtual course in real time. You cannot view a pre-recorded video.

Current Washington State law requires in-person attendance. We are updating this law to allow “virtual live class meetings.” We expect to complete the updates to this law in Fall 2020. Until then, we will allow education providers to start conducting these courses online. Visit the Course Search to view a listing of courses offered by webinar.
