Who needs instructor approval?

You must apply for approval before teaching real estate courses for clock-hour credit. After reviewing your application, we will send you a certificate of instructor approval.

When does instructor approval expire?

Your certificate of instructor approval expires and must be renewed after 2 years.

Add topics to your instructor approval

Follow these steps to add topics to your current approval.

1. Gather what you'll need

  • A cover letter stating why you feel qualified to teach the chosen topics
  • All documentation supporting your qualifications as an instructor
  • Payment for the fee to add topics (for a 2-year period)

2. Submit your forms
