This is a public hearing before the Washington State Department of Licensing being held to elicit public testimony, both oral and written regarding the proposed rules, increasing real estate fees, by amending WAC 308-124A-775, Real Estate Fees and WAC 308-124H-990, Real Estate Course, School, and Instructor Approval Fees. The hearing is being held virtually at 2:00 PM on July 28, 2021 via telephone. Public notice of this hearing was given by notice number WSR 21-09-072 filed with the Code Revisor's Office on April 19th, 2021. These rules are proposed pursuant to the provisions of RCW43.24.086 fee policy for professions, occupations, and businesses, determination by rule.
