How to change your business address
- Complete a Scrap Metal Processor/Recycler/Supplier Name or Address Change form.
- Have your local authorities approve your new address and sign the address change form. (They may require an on-site inspection before they sign the form.)
- If your new address is in another town, city, or county, attach a bond endorsement showing the new address. (This is not required for scrap metal suppliers.)
- Submit your completed form and any supporting documents:
