DOL services for Washington wildfire victims
We have several service options available for individuals affected by the wildfires in Washington and need to replace lost driver licenses, ID cards, or vehicle and vessel documentation.
In-person: For driver licenses or ID cards
- Our employees are ready to help you at your local office — make sure to mention you are affected by the wildfires.

Online:
- You'll need a credit/debit card.
- If you want it mailed to a PO Box, shelter, or another person's home, you'll need to:
- Email us: onlineserviceshelp@dol.wa.gov to let us know:
- That you've used our online option, and
- An address where we can send your card or documentation.

- Then go to Replace your driver license or ID or use your License eXpress account.
