How to set up account access

We use SecureAccess Washington (SAW) to protect your personal information

You need a SecureAccess Washington (SAW) login to access your professional and business licensing information.

You already have a SAW login if you:

  • Have a License eXpress account for your driver, vehicle, or business licenses
  • Have done business online with:
    • Department of Revenue
    • Department of Labor and Industries
    • Employment Security Department

If you have you already have a SAW account, you can use the same Username and Password to log in to License eXpress or our professional licensing service.

Professional licensing

For your professional or business license account, login to SecureAccess Washington (SAW) through our professional licensing service. Here you can renew your license, update contact information, and perform other account or license maintenance tasks.

Real Estate: Firm, company, or agency licenses

For your Real Estate firm, company, or agency license account, login to SecureAccess Washington (SAW) through License eXpress. Here you can renew your license, update contact information, and perform other account or license maintenance tasks.

  • Designated broker: If your firm has branch offices, you'll need only one License eXpress account (for the firm). You'll be able to access your branch offices through your firm account.
  • Branch manager: You'll need a License eXpress account for the branch office you manage.
  • Multiple businesses or locations: You'll need a separate License eXpress account for each license number. This doesn't apply to branch offices.
