Renew your license
- You must review your license every year by January 31.
- You may renew up to 120 days before your license expires.
- Update your contact information online, if necessary, before you renew.
1. Gather the required documents
- Renewal application form
- Operator training certificate (if your last training was more than 5 years ago)
- Payment for the license renewal fee
2. Renew your license by mail
Complete a Reduction Operator Renewal Application form. If it's been more than 5 years since you completed operator training, you must also get recertified and include your new certificate with your renewal form.
Mail your renewal forms with a check or money order for the license fee (payable to the Department of Licensing) to:
