This process is intended for official use only by courts and law enforcement requesting certified copies of vehicle records.
To request certified copies of vehicle records (CCVRs), send an email to DOLVSCCVR@dol.wa.gov that includes all of the following:
- Vehicle license plate number
- VIN
- Type of record requested (CCVR, title history, title registration, etc.)
- Your mailing address, email, or fax (depending on how you prefer to have record sent back to you)
- Your name
