How to renew your license: Appraisal management companies

Our online Professional and Business Licensing service will be down for maintenance from June 19 through June 28. We will not process mailed applications or renewals during this time.

When the service resumes on June 29, we expect a delay in processing mailed applications and renewals. Please use our online service for quicker processing of your license.

Things to know

  • Licenses expire every 2 years
  • You can renew 120 days before your license expires
  • There will be a late fee If you don't renew before your license expires

If this is your first time to access your account online, or if your last online renewal was before November 2, 2016, you must set up account access before you renew.
